The center opens a call for internship for a project, whose aim is to create content that can be used in textbooks for IKS for school students.
Interest in Indian Knowledge System (IKS)
Working knowledge of Sanskrit
Āyurveda: Academic background/knowledge in Biology/Āyurveda with a basic understanding of the human system.
Kalā: Academic background/knowledge/proficiency in Indian Classical Music/Indian Classical Dance/Acoustics/Vibrations.
Nīti: Academic background/knowledge in Itihāsa/Dharmaśāstra/Saṃskṛta Literature.
Darśana: Academic background knowledge in Darśana/Indian philosophy/Saṃskṛta Literature/Upaniṣads.
Gaṇita: Proficiency in basic mathematics.
Paid internship @ ₹10,000 p.m. up to 6 months (monthly review)

The interns will work under the mentorship of SIKSA@IIT Kanpur faculty members.

Applicants need to fill out the form with a brief write-up on the same.
Travel and living expenses will be borne by the intern. The internship can be mostly online.
Screening of interns will be done by the center based on the credentials of applicants and the requirements of the center.
Minimum duration of the internship is one month, and the maximum is six months.
Selected/shortlisted interns will be informed through email.
